1. Remove makeup from the eyes with a non-greasy product. Before applying the dye, ensure that the eyelashes and eyebrows are clean, dry, and grease-free.
2. Prepare cotton pads and place them as close as possible under the eyelashes of each eye to prevent contact of the dye with the skin.
3. Before dyeing the eyelashes or eyebrows, prepare the dye by applying about 2 cm of dye into a cup and adding 10 drops of liquid RefectoCil Oxidant (or 15-20 drops of cream RefectoCil Oxidant) to create a paste-like consistency of the dye.
4. Before applying the dye, remember that the dye for eyelashes is applied to closed eyelids, which must remain closed for the entire duration of the dyeing process until it is completely rinsed off! Apply the dye with a stick until the eyelashes are fully covered with dye. Then apply the dye to the eyebrows in the direction of hair growth. Leave it to act for 5-10 minutes, depending on how intense you want the final shade to be.
5. Wipe off excess dye on the eyebrows with a cotton pad.
6. When cleaning the eyelashes, first carefully remove the attached pads from the eye and gently wipe off excess dye with a dry cotton pad. Then carefully rinse off remaining dye from the eyelashes with water and a cotton pad. Remember that the eyes must remain closed until the last step.
