1. Remove makeup from the eyes with a non-greasy remover. Before applying the dye, ensure that your lashes and brows are clean, dry, and grease-free.
2. Prepare cotton pads and place them as closely as possible under the lashes of each eye to prevent contact of the dye with the skin.
3. Before dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows, prepare the dye by placing about 2 cm of dye into a bowl and adding 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid (or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream) to create a paste-like consistency of the dye.
4. Before applying the dye, remember that the dye for lashes is applied to closed eyelids and must remain closed throughout the duration of the dye until it is completely rinsed off! Apply the dye with a stick until the lashes are fully covered with dye. Then apply the dye to the eyebrows in the direction of hair growth. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes, depending on how intense you want the final shade to be.
5. Wipe off excess dye from the eyebrows with a cotton pad.
6. When cleaning eyelashes, first carefully remove the applied pads from the eye and gently wipe off excess dye with a dry cotton pad. Then carefully wipe off the remaining dye from the lashes with water and a cotton pad. Remember that the eyes must remain closed until the last step.
