!Intended for professional use! Do not use on eyelashes! Mix 2 cm of the bleaching paste in a cosmetic bowl with 20-25 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream using the provided stick until a creamy paste is formed. Apply the paste using a dye stick/brush to the eyebrows and leave it on according to the desired lightening. After the time has elapsed, wipe off excess paste with a cotton pad and then clean it with a damp cotton pad. If the eyebrows remain colored, use RefectoCil Eye Make-Up Remover for cleansing.
